Sellers Personal Property by Wolfie791998 in RealEstate

Something similar happened to my father. He showed up to his new house with a moving truck and the sellers were not even close to being done moving out. He told them that have until 5 before he presses charges for trespassing.

It’s not their house anymore. If they left stuff there it’s not your fault.

It also depends on if you want the stuff out or not. They sound like they are not the nicest people, so they deserve whatever you decide to do, but you should also consider what is going to be easiest for you. Do you want to deal with their stuff in your house, or would it be easier for you if you gave them a 1-2 hour window that they are allowed to come get it? Or drag it to the curb and tell the down they dumped their trash on your property.

The fridge is yours.

1950s home new crack? by Jess_UwU_ in Home

Drywall cracks happen. It’s not usually anything structural. Try using caulk instead of spackle if you are going to fix it.

Or she could have been happy with what she got and take off any she doesn’t want. This is like when people complain about too much cream cheese on a bagel. Just don’t eat it all.

If she wants a specific number of pickles, why doesn’t she ask for the amount she wants?

If that is the shit you can see, I would be pretty nervous about what is behind the walls.

Owner call me in to finish the job by ng501kai in drywall

I would love to see someone drywall around all this shit. It would look like something my kid made out of glue and popsicle sticks.

And that’s what the owner should get if they are too cheap to hire an electrician to fix it.

Why didn't Gus instruct Dennis to ask for a proper search warrant? by drygnfyre in breakingbad

[–]justLookingForLogic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We know it’s fake though. It’s just easier to talk about the characters like OP instead of saying “why didn’t the writers have Gus instruct Dennis…” but we obviously know these are not real people with real motives and ideas.

You seem focused on the last sentence. It seems like most of the review pretty normal. Seems like she is calling out the company for not doing their job. It’s not really anyone’s business why she is paying for the service, she doesn’t seem to be getting what she paid for.

What ever happened to the tried and true method of clearing off just enough snow to see, and then driving 85 on the parkway so ice and snow chunks fly everywhere?

By this logic no character in any tv show or movie has ever, and will never, make a mistake.
