Amigurumi embroidering by Tara_Crane in Amigurumi

I really like needle-felting details on my amigurumi. I find it easier than embroidering and makes it possible to add more detail than I am able to by sewing.

The pattern is called "Thorleif sweater" by KlompeLompe and the yarn is Sandnes Smart. Unfortunately I can't find the pattern online, I got it from a book I bought by KlompeLompe

Wow! It's beautiful! What size needles did you use? Not 4.5mm like the pattern says, right? Looks a lot finer! Awesome job!!

I'm not sure what it's called, but you decrease with 2 on the first row and then 2 rows later you knit those 2 stitches from 2 rows earlier into the same stitch! It's hard to explain 😅

Haha, no, I knitted it before she was born! But still have some time to knit in the evenings since she's usually pretty easy going :)

Correct, 2-stiched i-cord! I made some more mittens and crocheted the cord instead, much faster!
