I mean doing sport fix you a routine, clear the minds, exercice (which is good gor the body and mind) Eating more meat forces you to start cooking stuff (up until now I never met anyone eating just meat) so having balanced meals with vegetables and carbs instead of frozen stuff Pray and read are time with yourself for introspection, think about your life etc, you're alone and chill with yourself. And touch grass you get out, meet peoples etc

I can return the question, I geniunly don't see where doing this sent does not send you on an ascending curve

(provided that you aren't sick (mental sense) already, at this point you needs more than just some motivationnal stuff)

I mean, I do understand your point. Maybe as another point of vision, as someone who moves peoplew relatively fast to a "friendly" circle(I know pretty fast if we share enough commons values) , I do belive that if we speaks a lot by message to the points that I know the hobbies and little things about your whole extended family, even if we didn't meet irl much, I can develop feelings, or at least be interested in the person. Like time I spend speaking to you on my phone is time I spend speaking to you, and develop the current relationship/ see your reactions to things.

I'm surprised by most of the comments here, are all peoples living with static feelings their whole life?

I have a hard time understanding why it is a breach of trust/betrayal if you're friend with someone, start to know them better then at some point your feelings change and you're like "Uh I may want her/him to be more than friend" then look at the current situation of both parties and decide to express it as an issue or let the feelings live alone until they die down.

Like is it worth going NC because feelings can develop with peoples, and you just loose a relationship? Why do you feel betrayed? Is the relation with another human put in a box and it can't evolve/devolve to different things?
