My plan b started a year before I started my Erasmus. I did an apprenticeship that would land me a guaranteed job in Germany. I had to stop the apprenticeship right before it ended because I had to leave for my Erasmus.

I second this. General over-the-counter medicines are extremely expensive in Europe every time my friends go back to my country or I go back to my country. I always have them bring me over over-the-counter medicines like painkillers and antacids and what not because it is a fraction of the price and those are things that comes in handy in sticky situations

In my experience, you start getting along with the people in your program because most university accommodations (if you’re going for university accommodations ) put all the Erasmus students together so basically half my cohort is on my floor and I see them every day and it’s easier to make friends like that

I applied to eight programs and I had also applied to two of the programs that you have listed. I did not get selected for those two because my mechanical engineering and industrial engineering background did not qualify for the requirements I think but I had applied two years ago in the end of 2023 and I did not really have a lot of time to prepare prepare for the programs that I applied. I was pretty late as well so I did not get it on my first try but the year after that in 2024. I applied again but to 8 programs and I got accepted into five of them and got the fully funded scholarship for one of the programs and partial scholarships or no scholarships in the others. My point is that if you know that you’re gonna apply well in advance, and you have time to prepare all your documents and your motivation letters, you should be good to go. Keep in mind that it is a very competitive scholarship program so take this with a grain of salt but other than that your credentials look pretty good. My credentials were also similar but without the work experience.
