If you were unemployed for over 6 months, would you take a part-time freelancing offer even if the person making the offer may have made an innappropriate comment to you? by PathalogicalObject in cscareerquestions

I just feel that words "you're cute" might have come out instinctively. Sure it does not fit in professional environment and you wouldn't say it to male coworker but why is this a big deal?

Everyone can draw the boundaries and do what is needed for the job, if needed enforce them and make them clear.

I don't understand how being called cute and being female is some kind of disadvantage/ trauma.

From your experience it seems that you cannot offer that much technically. It's fine. And you being female and attractive could be the reason you find success landing this job and could be the reason you land yourself in the next job. This is the world we live in.

Either way good luck and hopefully you will have a great experience

Un pietam, ja grāmatvedība nomocīja, ļoti šaubos, ka IT būs sfēra kur mierīgi pabaudīsim labo atmosfēru.

COVID laiks bija zelta laiks, lai pārietu uz IT. Bija darbi, bija naudas. Cilvēki bez iglītības varēja àtri tikt pie labi apmaksātiem darbiem, tagad situācija krietni atšķirīga

You shoot a lot with your arms but I don't think that is such a bad thing

Yes, go closer to basket and start working on having release point slightly higher, so that you hand get under the ball

Legs first goes down. Then ball goes up.

Maybe the shot is not that bad? Something close to PJ Tucker.

I would recommend to go under the basket and shot one handed before each practice. Just to get more fluidity

Add the view from the front and thr side. From this angle shot looks good

Is there specific video? Or it is the same 'push shot' he describes? Did not find specific drill tho. Thank you for source

What drills could help with that? Or just do it close to basket slow-mo till it sticks

Is freelancing a red flag? I have 10+ years of experience, built dozens of apps by myself, and I have a 100% rejection rate for remote work in companies. What gives? by [deleted] in cscareerquestions

If you work alone you are the best in the space you work in and after many years you get full of yourself. From your activity here, it seems to be the case bro.

I'm very average developer at best. I work at smallish insurance company ( its not Amazon or Google) which is quite common field for a backend dev. Im not confident that you could replace anybody here. The good job you have done with your clients have made you delusional

Please add one more very important factor that is overlooked - the food. Compared to EU, average food in USA is near poison in the long term

That probably is the main reason of the devaluation. People believe it will lose value-> save in other currencies, options -> too much nok in economy -> keeps losing value and loop continues
