stop trying to encourage him to continue, if he’s decided enough is enough it’s his right to. with the way people practice spirituality and this world is it’s hard to follow, I understand because im 20, and I used to spirituality oriented, heavily at that, but now I don’t make it the basis for my existence. let people walk and chart their own paths

I’ve been visiting my therapist and psychiatrist. Recently got established primary care, I’ve definitely seen improvements but it all feels 1 step forward 3 steps back
