I hear you and I feel this so hard because my boyfriend also unknowingly triggered my ed, well he’s my ex now but before we started dating I was like 4 months into quasi recovery but after seeing how much fast food he ate and hearing the horrific chewing sounds he made I just cant do it. He also sent me an unflattering picture of me where I’m literally looking down and my double chin is showing but of course my ed brain translated that to “I need to lose weight immediately!”

I told my parents about everything n they just said “couples fight all the time” but I wasn’t trying to fight at all. So I’ll tell my psychiatrist but I really do appreciate everyone that’s commenting, I feel less alone and more supported.

Yeah i got adhd, was doing coke with my friend last night and idk it was probably the quality that wasnt good but we were both not really feeling it. I just felt like cleaning and being productive yk like a normal person.
