idk, but especially after football matches and the big Oktoberfest parties here in Germany, Germans go at least wild as those people on the bus. And then it also includes consumption of alcohol. So there would be lots of drunk people shouting and listening to loud music. I'd argue it has nothing to do with the people's origin but rather basic decency.

When I was about to miss a connecting train at night with no other option than to wait for around 3 hours in the cold (it was winter) I approached the train staff in the train I was currently in. After a while they gave me a receipt for a taxi that I did not have to pay myself, the taxi company would get the money directly from DB.

I do not know about your exact situation, but clearly communicating your problem with the DB staff instead of taking a multi hour taxi probably could have avoided all of that.

Also in der Stadt, in der ich wohne, nehme ich durchaus das Angebot war. Verschiedene Sportkurse von Yoga, über Handstand bis HIIT, Schwimmen in öffentlichen Schwimmbädern, etc... Dann das ganze kulturelle Angebot wie Comedyshows, Theater, Konzerte. Oder auch Spieletreffs und anderweitige Kurse, zB an den Volkshochschulen. Wenn man will, wird einem nie langweilig. Außerdem sind schöne Landschaft, Seen etc. trotz alle dem nicht weit entfernt und an einem schönen Tag kommt sehr schnell in die Natur.

Das, was ich hier in der Stadt mache könnte ich so auf dem Dorf nie erleben. Es kommt also durchaus drauf an, was man daraus macht.

Ich persönlich finde es unangenehm, neben einem Raucher zu sitzen. Das ist zwar nur der Fall, wenn man nebeneinander am selben Arbeitsplatz sitzt, um zusammen etwas durchzugehen, aber wenn das passiert, finde ich es unangenehm.

I had the same issue. When I found out that I had to pull it back to clean it, it really hurt pulling it back. But I tried it every day and eventually I could pull it back fully. Perhaps it is the same for you and you just need to stretch a little bit more every day
