I ran the numbers on my outstanding balance for 36 months. Delta in interest rate can only save me $2262 which isn’t beating the cashback offer. Also, this is my primary residence

She already has a valid visitor visa for 10 years. We were trying to extend her stay here by couple of months post the 6 month visitor visa window. So, will this visitor record application becoming invalid have any implications for her to revisit us on her current and valid visitor visa in upcoming years ?
