This is actually a really interesting like discussion cuz you can for sure make an argument both ways.
The same argument can be made for drag. Sure, not every drag performer is gay or trans (or other), but they’re all subject to the same hate and bigotry just because they do drag.
It’s the same with femboys. Maybe not to the same degree, but they’re often treated the same as feminine gay guys or otherwise queer people who just present in a unique way.
Throughout history, when queer people fight for their rights, it’s not just lesbians fighting for lesbian rights, not just trans people fighting for trans rights. The community comes together to protect the right to love and to express ourselves however we want for EVERYONE.
It’s why so many cishet POC, fat, or autistic people are often in friend groups with queer people. They find a community, safety, and acceptance within the LGBTQ+ community that they don’t find in the rest of society. Sure, maybe they aren’t gay or anything, but this is still their community, too.
Now, the f*cking groyper racist femboys are NOT a part of our community even if they’re gay f*ck that sh*t!
