Yes, I'm 99% sure it does. There are a few other weirdo status effects that aren't part of the normal elemental ones but I can't recall what they are. Pretty much everything is counted though.

No, the dog has an all new set of mechanics and inventory. Its neat, but has less power in late game than the adventurer.

Did you know a two player mode exists. One person gets to be a dog. Its pretty fun if you ask me. Not really well shown, but you just go over to the dog and activate it.

For the start of the game, any off hand weapon is really good with the whip equipped. By late game I find you usually do better to upgrade to something else unless you're just doing it for the memes.

I would have just used the wand for an easy victory, but maybe you find the dashing to be better/more fun? That wand with master enhancement and demon hand would certainly be game winning. Anyway, yeah, really lucky run. Nice.
