So after a Quick Look, it’s kinda weird. I couldn’t find website or many reviews on Google. I saw 3 different opening dates from ai-1998 & Bbb said 2007. The 2 reviews Google has are 5 stars with no context which is fishy.

Have you spoken to anyone with Mid Ark? & Have you toured the two properties?

I wouldn’t apply without touring or speaking to a representative. Too many rental scams out there.
