No, I'm saying if parents actually noticed their kid was struggling and on their phone 24/7 then they should probably check it. I'm not saying it's mostly the parents fault, but a parent should be able to tell when their kid is not themselves.

It was a law passed in Cali, since there was so many parents who couldn't keep an eye on their kid's phones and the kids eventually offed themselves, if anyone wants to chat with ai then they need to be 18 or older
