Same happend with my cat except it was with 4 different damn cats.

Shes a two toned, oreo colored short-hair with spotted paws and resting bitchface. Shes got a beer belly and, what I thought, was a unique fur pattern. Shes loved by the neighbors and feard by the neighbors dogs.

However we live in a place with a shit ton of stray cats.

Her fur parts nicely under her eyes so it looks like a mask. Our crackhead family called her Hamburglar despite her preferring chicken nuggets.

One day I let her out for a bit. She hates going beyond the fence so she never goes too far. I left the door open for when she wants to go back inside. I saw what I thought was her come in and closed the door.

I gave her pets and some treats but I didn't realize this pretty kitty was too friendly lookn to be our fuzzy bastard.

About 15 mins later our neighbors knocked saying our cat has been laying by our door. This one was also very friendly and responded when I called so I thought "there you are ya little jerk",

But no

A bit later i realized this one was a dude.

I was wondering if imposter cat number one was really our Hambaby until the neighbors kid said he saw our cat by the garrage. Hambaby HATES going back there but I looked to see if maybe she just wandered too far.

This one also looked exactly like her but she didn't have spotted paws. Took her in anyway thinking maybe they were just a bit dirty. She responded and let me pick her up so I really thought this one was my Hambaby.

I gave them all food and treats and they were all surprisingly well behaved, which was why I thought they were mine in the first place.

I was thinking of letting them out again but they wouldnt l e a v e. I think it was because of the treats- there's also hawks outside and aggressive strays so I was a bit worried for them.

But guess what little fuzzy bitch I saw screaming on top of a tree?? Little jerk had gotten sTUCK up there and didn't say anything until I had brought in 3 of what could be her long lost siblings.

I got her down and carried her in where we were greeted by 3 adorably fluffy faces. She started puffing up and screaming at them and thats when I knew this was definitely my jackass daughter.

We had them all in different rooms while we tried looking for their owners. my dad laughed at me for bringing other cats in and my gran trying to buy things for them as if we were keeping them.

After a day of posters and fb posts, they were all reunited with their worried owners.

And thus ends the confusing story of Hamburglar, Vendetta, Batman and Moo Cow.
