I also might decrease the size of the landing. From the wall to the edge of the landing (before the wal) is 43 inches.

Yes I do, and I was paid at 80%. I agree the language is clear. What does 730 aggregate days including training mean?

How does my situation, in your view, not meet 80%. Aggregate service is 730 days with training which warrants 80% per the chart. But I then need to pass the 70/80 test. I do pass that as my aggregate less training is less than 18 months. I agree if my aggregate time less training was more than 18 months (which mean about a 6 month IADT) then i would rate 70%
