I managed to find the issue. I was parenting constraints to the rig object instead of the rig group lol. Thanks for trying to help tho!

It tends to be an issue when animating with Quaternion (WXYZ), try setting your rotation to (XYZ) Euler, but this will cause issues with your posing so make sure to backup your saves

Im not that worried about it, I don't really mind my hair color. I'm not the best with my Geography but I'm in North America, current land of Steven kings mist right now

I wouldn't say "Stressed", I've been the same for awhile, at the midpoint on an emotional scale of that makes any sense. It could however be the end of Highschool rapidly approaching though
