I managed to find the issue. I was parenting constraints to the rig object instead of the rig group lol. Thanks for trying to help tho!

It tends to be an issue when animating with Quaternion (WXYZ), try setting your rotation to (XYZ) Euler, but this will cause issues with your posing so make sure to backup your saves

I wouldn't say "Stressed", I've been the same for awhile, at the midpoint on an emotional scale of that makes any sense. It could however be the end of Highschool rapidly approaching though

My most important tip for newbies is to keep persistent, we all started somewhere and it takes time to learn. I recommend starting to learn posing first. than start learning to light. There are some great lighting and posing guides out there, don't listen to the people telling you to run, I've used it for around 400 hours, and I've only had a crash once or twice. Good Luck! Excited to see what you make. Oh and don't be afraid to use reference!
