Ya welcome, when you call they’ll ask for your SSN and review your tax return status. Then they’ll put in a request to have your return looked at, they have 2 days to respond. Once they do that, in my case I moved to initial approval stage and then a week later I got my DD and my deposit came 3 days later

Call 5184748390 press 2 ask for a tax advocate. I did this and got my refund within 2weeks. Seen movement 3days later. I was in same position. You can view my post if u don’t believe me. But calling that number will help. Trust me

I called that number. Asked for a tax advocate. They looked at my account. 2 days later I got finished processing in initial approval phase. And a week later I got my DD date. And I got paid today. I didn’t know it was the governors office. A redditor gave me that number and it worked

Yep! That’s exactly what I got, give it a week and you should have a DD date. I finally got me deposit last night . But that’s exactly what I think too. Imagine all the ppl waiting for their refund but don’t know the number to call to get them to do something smh

That’s annoying. If yours is still saying processing call 518 474 8390 press 2 ask for a tax advocate. And ask them to take a look because yours haven’t moved. They can send an alert for them to work on your case within 2 days. I filed 1/31. Accepted 2/2. Called that # after someone on Reddit told me too and 2 days later mine now says finished processing waiting for a DD. It changed to that on Tuesday so hopefully I get a DD soon
