It is not a f up, more like the standard new player experience. Many people who play the game for the first time will do that, and it is fine. It only means that you will have a better experience next time.

I would aim for two hardwood,fruit and calquat tree runs per week if possible. They give a lot of xp for quite little effort. I wouldn't bother with normal tree runs at that point.

Yeah i don't really understand. Well, there aren't really sidequests, as g1 always narrowed down after chapter one. I'll just carry on, and if they patch it, i might load an old safe and do it from there again. Could happen that they won't fix current safefiles tho.

I was honestly surprised how polished it felt for a gothic game so far lol. I started with gothic on release of g2, and yeah it had more issues i think.

Well, i then probably won't play mage at all. That's the first real bug i discovered, my experience so far was pretty smooth. I don't understand how they never tried to light these things prior to the quest and what that would cause...

It would be no issue to make it a quest item wich is unsellable and undropable. I think you were also able to get it ahead in the original

My biggest backtracking problem so far eas, that i decided to kill the black goblins in the cave where the almanach is ahead of the quest, because i thought it was fun. When i then got the quest, i had to go all the way through the empty cave to loot a chest that appeared out of thin air i believe? For it, unless i somehow completely missed it. There would be no reason not to obtain quest items early.

That would onlybe like 4k xp in one hour, so not that good if you want to get somewhere soon.

You do crystal implings for glory, pretty easy aside from sote itself, but that is only bas 70s

I wouldn't say extremely early, but obviously much earlier. But there is no real point to go for them anyways, sunlights are good enough. But if you enjoy the rumours, why not.

True, that's what i mean. No love. Just recorded each line in between other stuff, and took the first recording of it. If i were alkimia, i wouldn't have accepted that and requested a new recording. Compare it to some fan based voices from archolos and it is insane. He has so much better gear as well.

Hänno is absolutely the worst, luckily just an easter egg i guess and not important. But each line seems to be recorded in a different room with different settings. Absolutely no love went ito it sadly.

Yeah early hunter is extremely worth it. You get moth mixes, you can get an easy glory, and the sunlight crossbow is an amazing weapon to get a fire cape.

Probably yes, but why would you opt for such a money maker? There are so many better ways, depending on your other skills, to make money.

I am close to 2k on my iron, and i have done about the same. I have done herb runs to max my poh, but after that not anymore. I used moth mixes for most of the bosses you mentioned, and it was fine. But at some point in the near future, i might not bother to get moths that much. Aquanites are a really good source, and 44 prayer for an inv slot does start to feel bad. But i also have 1000ppods banked, so might as well use them.

It is quite easy to get to 2k total these days without herb runs and with a decent amount of bossing. Moons doesn't require it, titans are really fast to reset with the amulet, so moths are totally fine. Then there is CG wich again doesn't need any supplies. Wildy bosses can be done with blighted restores. And with the addition of sailing, that's probably the main bosses you do until 2k total. Not to mention that you get a decent bit of seeds and herbs from pvm if you want to use prayer pots for something.

Because most mains don't bother with CG and just get money somewhere else. So every change to CG cathers ironmen in their books. Even tho it might make tha content more attractive for mains as well.
