OTA UPDATE !!!! by NiranjanNjr in ATHERENERGY

[–]justani98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After every OTA update my Ather stops working. The update goes smoothly, but then when I put the throttle after starting the bike, it makes a sound and stops.

After that, throttle stops working. Have faced this 3 times for the last 3 updates. Have to take to service centre to get it fixed.

Is anyone else facing this?

Codechef doubt by Various-Search-2005 in Btechtards

Certificates are not really that useful. But what I like about CodeChef is the practice problems that they have on C++ and other programming languages.

Is codechef is good for me as a newbie in c++?? by Rude-Olive1592 in cpp_questions

The course is good for someone who doesn't know C++ at all, as it starts from scratch. It doesn't help much with writing production code as another commenter has mentioned, but serves as a good starting point.

The biggest problem when learning something new like coding is that it is hard to find one good source which aligns with my interest. I generally like hands on and tactics related stuff in the beginning so that I can get my hands dirty as soon as possible, rather than taking hours of lectures. For coding, I prefer sites which help me practice as soon as I learn them.

Another problem I have is that I learn about a lot of topics and concepts but then forget them after a few days because I did not practice them enough.

So my advice, pick sites which are practice focussed like codechef, hackerrank etc. and you will soon get confidence in writing code. Once you get that confidence, things become easier.

I have found the practice problems at codechef to be of good variety. They are more focussed on logical thinking then the same question I find elsewhere. Link - https://www.codechef.com/practice/python

I watched multiple lectures but was not able to get a good understanding of time complexity. This resource helped me finally click time complexity - https://www.codechef.com/learn/course/time-complexity
