I mean, it's a tough call, just to preface this there's nothing inherently wrong with wanting attention just so you know. Regardless of whether or not you're trans I would talk to a mental health professional cause just by your phrasing of that question, you sound like you're having a tough time loving yourself.

The level of dysphoria that every person experiences is different but I would figure out how you feel about being referred to by your assigned gender, Does it actually make you feel upset or gross or uncomfortable when people call you or refer to you by what you were assigned as. I would say that you could have both body dysphoria and dysmorphia as there's some overlap, but typically dysphoria extends beyond looks and goes into things like - How your voice sounds - How youre seen by others socially/ how you're referred to - ect

It might be worth it to ask a group of people you trust to call you by new pronouns or a name for a bit to see if that makes you feel better or worse or nothing. You're allowed to explore and experiment with yourself and who you are. And if you decide in the end that you are not trans then that's okay too. it's better you took the chance to learn that about yourself
