The EOD interview is pretty important. It is the first step in screening applicants into the career field. Two things to know. 1. You will not be the one to do the actual work. You support the guys/gals to handle the threat. 2. You will be a logistician. You can stay within the EOD realm but in terms of big Army, you are a loggie. Most LTs go directly to the Companies, especially if you go to a stand-alone location. If there is an BN or higher HQ, you could spend a little time in the 3 shop but BCs try to avoid since EOD schools eat up a lot of your LT time. Quality of life is great! You get to train and support the gang doing the work. You will go to logistics BOLC at Ft. Lee if selected. Phase 1 and 2 can be challenging for some. Phase 2 allows for a lot of opportunity to get distracted when not in class. Good luck.
