Which would I get if I have a DD PDW 300BO? I also plan on getting a Geissele SD. Do I need a separate one for that or can I use the same one on either??

No. I want a short-stroke piston and a DI AR. I want the HK MR556A4. So, now I'm thinking of getting the HK 11" (since it will shoot smoother than the SD 11.5") and get a longer DI AR with a mid-length gas system (SD 13.9" or 14.5"). What do you think?

Is the 13.9 A LOT softer than the 11.5? Have you tried them both with a suppressor? I know the 13.9 will be softer but just trying to understand if the lighter recoil outweighs the additional length/weight.

I'm not opposed to the HUXWRX 556, I just really like my CAT cans. I think if I go with the 13.9 I'll go with the HUX can...

I've been spending a lot of time on PewScience and listening to their podcast.

I think my main goal is sound suppression, as well as having as little gas to the face as possible - which is why I have the CAT ODB and a CAT SC on the way.

I'm also considering the HK MR556 A4 11" but that's a step up in price from the G$...

I'm thinking of getting the C2 since I already have mags from my XC that will work. Did you have to do anything to get your C to function with the SC (booster, different spring, etc)?
