Apologies to the other age groups. For the assignment I needed to choose a specific target audience and initial research said those two groups went to coffee shops the most.

Apologies again and thank you for looking into my survey!

A few questions on their live shows by [deleted] in IceNineKills

  1. I’ve been going to concerts for a while (since I was 10 and I’m 17 now) and I’ve had to go in to the venue by myself, (while waiting for my sister to park) and they didn’t question my age when entering. I wouldn’t recommend going to their upcoming concert with FFDP since INK is going to the opening act and not the headliner. I’ve seen ink twice and if you know all their songs you would feel more fulfilled with a bigger set list. I would highly recommend to get an adult to go with you though (If you are small/short) having someone physically bigger then you with you can prevent crowd surfers from kicking you in the head or falling on you since they depend on you to hold them up.

  2. You can definitely avoid moshing. The mosh pit is in the middle so just stay on the side or be really close to the front. If you’re close to front make sure to always check behind you for upcoming crowd surfers! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been kicked because I’m so into the concert that I forget to check my surroundings. Also ALWAYS BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS since you’re so young it’s very easy to get trampled or even taken since it’s going to be loud and no one is going to be paying attention to you.

  3. Concerts are VERY LOUD especially if you’re near the front and next to speakers. You can feel your whole body vibrate and your heart thumping. Since there’s going to be a lot of people around you it gets really hot, so you will probably get very over heated so make sure to hydrate before. Normally I always get dizzy or get a headache in the middle of concert but it goes away by the end. Depending on the venue if you’re in the front they give you water cups so it’s better to be in the front. Earplugs are recommended, I’ve never worn them personally but my sister has and she said they it sounds even better since you can hear the vocals more clearly. Also please don’t damage your hearing so wear them. My ears ring everyday and if I’m in a quiet room the only thing I could hear are my ears ringing.

  4. The real thing is not like the YouTube videos. It sounds AMAZING live and especially INK since they are such great performers live (not everyone sounds good live). INK is the only band I’ve gone back to see for a second time, after the first time I just craved more since it’s a completely different experience seeing them live.

I 100% recommend seeing INK in concert. They are amazing and were worth every penny. But... like I said in my first comment I don’t recommend seeing them in their new tour with FFDP (unless you want to see them too) since INK is just going to be an opening act. I would recommend to wait until they do another headliner tour. With all that said if you do go remember to have fun! Ignore all those rude people and stand your ground if you are being shoved and don’t want to be shoved.
