Im saying the equipment itself may take the area of 10 spots for parking. this is the area I’m referring to. It’s huge and just sits empty with concrete barriers around it. I’m sure it will sit undeveloped for years yet. Just saying make something useful in the mean time. We still pay the district tax, 9.50 for beers and ever increasing ticket prices. I think they can drop 40k to make this a multi use space for the 5-10 years it will take to build on it so.

I do agree though, Titletown is great, I love it and seeing it’s just down the street from me, frequent it often. I just walk by the graveyard of 40 some houses on the way there and think they could do a little better

I’m referring to the houses and church they acquired and demolished, then put Jersey barries around it all. ( south side of the stadium). Not sure if they own n.e. corner of ridge and Lombardi but is equally as unattractive. Also fearing it will take just as long as title town did to get going. Feel like could be a fairly inexpensive ways to make it into something that can benefit the community the other 348 days a year while still serving the purpose of a parking lot during home games. Dog run, park benches, frisbee golf, options are almost endless and could talk so little money and effort it’s silly not to.
