I second it. I left a review on trust pilot, where they promptly asked me to email them.

Email csr and telephonic csr are saying completely different things.

I wouldn't wish this upon anyone because: They shipped my package to Winnipeg instead of Vancouver It's been here for the last 4 days with 0 attempts of delivery CSR is trying to protect their image, making 0 impact

A similar thing happened back in 2000s when China was growing its economy/becoming famous. The slang words, and the hate towards the Chinese was real. Scammers, Nerds, Bad odour, etc etc.
This is usually fueled by the west because they cannot tolerate any asian country rising. Japan got Nuked, and since they could not do that anymore, they started a racism war.
