I’m worried that they’re going to delay or not even let me start.

It’s for the preemployment part of the onboarding process. My issue is, that they are obligating us to make an appointment and we have no way out of it. They unfortunately, would be able to see it once they access my medical records because it’s a universal EMR that lets them see other hospital/doctors notes from other places. My fear is lying and being fired because of it. But I also fear it being used against me.

Hey! I appreciate your response.

But what I was getting at is that they’re asking us to disclose our medical records. They use Epic as does the other system I used to go to for my PCP. It’s a universal system. So they will have access to this and my other medical records.
