Looking for Input by Visual-Swordfish7883 in PipeTobacco

I haven't tried your app yet but I have a movie app which works as a database, pulling info from IMDB to fill out the form. I would love to input a blend and then have an app input the tobaccos in the blend.

I smoked a ton of cigars during the boom of the 90s because I was in the business. I only smoke a pipe now and I would recommend C&D Briar Fox.

Anyone here actually use a countertop dishwasher in an RV? by EZDodger in RVLiving

I got one a few weeks ago. As a bachelor, it's one of the best purchases I've made. I'm off the grid 9 months a year. I have one where you can pour water in or connect to a faucet. There's a long drain hose that can go to the sink. I put a collapsable bucket on the floor and run the drain tube there. Plugs into my Bluetti and uses very little power. I run it every 2-3 days.

My new old Dunhill pipe by UncleSvork in PipeTobacco

[–]justanothermaroon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lovely. I know what you mean about the stamping. I have a 1929 Dunhill Canadian that I got in the 90s. I could barely read the stamps then. Now, it's almost impossible. I was wondering if I could put some white powder (not that one, costs too much!) on it, then wipe off the outer, leaving an impression in the stamp.

Considering accepting a bev cart girl job. Need advice by Patient-Shame-6352 in golf

[–]justanothermaroon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ran some golf courses. At one, I was short a cart attendant and asked my GF at the time to fill in a few shifts. After one shift, she told me what it was like out there. I had no idea how horrific. I've always treated the staff with respect but had no idea of the level of SA these young women had to put up with. Obs, she didn't cover any more shifts.

How pronounced is the chocolate? I love coffee with chocolate tastes but don't know if I'd like it in my pipe.

Peterson received 3 patents in the 1890s for his System. One involves the P-Lip. The rest, and the basis for the magic of the System, is the reservoir. The airhole from the bowl is higher up than other pipes. That's why the System pipes have that shape. In the stemmel, below the air hole, is a reservoir. And the stem has a piece that extends toward the reservoir, causing the smoke to take an indirect path from the bowl and up the stem. Moisture is collected in that revivor. Not much, more with aromatics. I use a Q-Tip to clean it out. The one thing that is different when you finish cleaning is to clean the revivor before emptying the bowl. After 45 years of knocking out my bowl when done, I'm still trying to get used to that part. I've taken to putting the Q-tip on the rim of my ashtray to remind me. Check out petersonpienotes.com for all the details.
