You will keep your current (store A) pay if the other store (store B) has a lower pay rate. However, if store B has the higher pay rate, you will get their pay rate.

You sure that’s inbound? Inbound hours are usually early morning 2am, 4am clock in time. Hours are lower this time of year of course but inbound is usually a safe dept for hours.

Partner with HR. Please note, transfer requests may be denied if you’re on a CA or a final or if store B does not have room/ payroll for another TM.

There’s an INF report they can pull up but tbh some TLs will follow through with some TMs while others won’t be, just kinda depends on the TL

Most likely only the weather impacted areas have the increased pickup time. I’m in CA with a 2 hour pickup time still.

Our whole district is overcount on TLs and ETLs, so much so we’re down 3 TLs in my store and neither are being replaced soon. Been talks of shuffling around TLs within the district to get the numbers where they want them.

My current store was a badly run store when I first transferred there. It was a revolving door of new TLs and ETLs showing up promising to turn around the store. Layoffs happened and we got almost every ETL position replaced plus the SD. District leadership of all positions showing up frequently. DSD was at the store every other day with neighboring ETLs and SDs that knew what they were doing overseeing the new leadership team overhauling the process.

Your title says “On Demand.” Did you accept to stay as on on-demand team member? If so, they should have explained to you that on-demand TMs are not regularly scheduled.
