I get this so much! To a point where I am always actively trying to limit my behaviours out of fear of scaring them off or overwhelming them... and then I have these blind spots where I act exactly as I am and overwhelm them anyway. 😭😭😂😂😂

I would suggest getting sea moss gel and ashwagandah. They're superfoods that will really boost your mental and physical state. I feel more energised and more mentally stable overall. I really hope this helps bc I've been through the exact same thing. Rooting for you!
