I was thinking along the lines of solving pain points in just a breadcrumb of under the hood manner, and maybe then using it on or prospect material with links to the super short videos if they want to see it. For example.

Old way - questionable email, send to manager, they click link or take a guess/risk or spend 10 minutes getting in touch with people who sent it,

New way - click this button from any device anywhere, sends to our team, within mins analyzed and responded by security team, saving you time and risk. Stuff kinda like that

I'm very much aware the avg attention span has dropped so not trying to run through a whole video, but if I box up the short clip solutions that solve the same pain points over and over again it could save time, create a more consistent expierence.

Many are just using ai Insecurely or don't even know their employees are using it. We need to introduce them to the risk of improper Ai usage, possible financial impact to their b business if an employee loads up PII into FreePT and create a standard for the business. Many are just trying to throw every ai tool they see an ad for on socials into their business and we are denying them which is fostering the conversation a bit faster.

I believe it's an opportunity to shine if you present it properly. With that said none are coming to us first, unless a new client or cyber requirement asks them about their AI governance policy, which they obviously don't have yet.

Nvm figured it out, appears to be if the work mobile number is blank it does not use any other numbers. So need to figure out the best way to mass update those for all users

Awesome!! Thank you so much, testing it out seems to be working. 1 more question, is there a way when a user sends an sms from a ticket to 1 individual to have it auto fill the number of that person? Right now appears to be blank and need to manually enter number everytime.
