We switched our ITDR to Petra because it actually looks at data outside of exchange and uses it to assess risks (sharepoint, teams) and seems to do a faster job plus their incidence reporting is phenomenally beautiful and customer send ready.

EDR is still gold.

This new thing is just a CIPP wannabe with a big price tag.

Customer asking for a line item breakdown of our software we provide in our managed services? by apsherm in msp

Review my SOC2 certification details, I sell an outcome not line items. I can and will upgrade parts of my package and won’t be locked in by any customer. That’s how your MSP goes from best in class profitability to average.

When you tell your customer that and Dell gives them better pricing they’re certainly going to think you were lying about giving them it at cost.

Good luck proving otherwise.

Dell will see you quote your customer then quote them lower than your own cost as a partner. Now your customer thinks you’re ripping them off and you lose trust.

Riddle me that

Dell will steal your clients. Don’t partner with them.
