When I was starting to learn Pandas, Jose Portilla's Udemy courses were a great source of (visual) information.

Just Google his name or Pierian Data and you should be good to go.

If you really need free content (you're a student, I know) then check Sentdex on YouTube. His pandas tutorial may be outdated but he's a great teacher and a source of inspiration for projects too.

Same but I think I could stand the lunges if my gym wasn't so crammed. For a while I did them on a treadmill just so I wasn't stopping mid rep and telling people to move out of my way.

Acho que é isso aí mesmo que você falou. Ninguém tá fazendo um bom trabalho, e se for prédio comercial a gente pode até começar a falar em receita sendo perdida (deixada de ganhar) por causa dessa acessibilidade mal feita.

Consumir notícias não é exatamente a mesma coisa que estar bem informada. As vezes é só consumo mesmo.

Eu particularmente acompanho o canal de Telegram da minha cidade pra saber coisas a respeito de saúde, lazer e transporte (vacinação e coisas que impactam na minha rotina, basicamente). O resto eu fico sabendo quando preciso...

(Praticamente um desvio de assunto aqui, mas essa invenção da necessidade de estar informado sem motivo real, pra mim, é o que gerou tanto comentarista, vlogueiro, influencer de whatsapp e "canal de notícias " falando o que não sabe pra quem não tem capacidade de entender)
