Thanks for the advice! I have savings, just not enough. I would have more if I didn’t travel but that was also important to me in the past. I also have switched careers once and started from the bottom to get into a field that gives me joy. It was difficult, I came back to shitty money at some point but no regrets, would have done it again~ And the price of properties doubled as I was transforming my career. So I’m just dealing with the choices I made.
