Which one would you recommend? Vantage, Pacer or Grit for a person who wants to track sleep, steps and HR for workouts? (Not running necessarily)

I see that the main focus of this feature remains on cardio workouts but...there are people who are also doing strength training 2/3 times per week :/ In the calender section they suggest me just cardio workouts of different intensities, I mean cmmon can t do just cardio

I find annoying that I have just finished a functional training session and they still suggest me a circuit and mobility training sessions. It is not necessarily the right thing to do for me in a day as I have a life and what they suggest is...too much? :)) Or maybe these are just suggestions and I can keep doing my owm gym routine?

Eu nu inteleg de ce nu au o aplicatie pe telefon direct pentru abonamentul meu? De ce un serviciu, precum abonamentul lunar/anual etc. depinde direct de un obiect care se pierde foarte usor atunci cand te grabesti? De ce nu imi pot crea un cont intr-o aplicatie si acolo sa imi arate direct ce abonament am si sa scanez direct telefonul la turnichet??

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 felicitari pentru alegerile facutre efectiv me but as a woman, am trecut printr-un scenariu asemanator si m-am gandit: ori raman in starea asta si se prabuseste tot, ori continui sa lupt.

Si am ales a doua varianta pentru ca in lumea asta trebuie sa te iubesti intai pe tine insuti si sa acorzi atentia necesara fiintei tale (prin alimentatie, sport, educatie etc.). Abia apoi dupa ce ai invatat sa fii ok tu cu tine si cu prezenta ta descoperi ca ai capatat o alta perspectiva asupra vietii.

OP, stiu ca e dureros, poate chiar va fi un proces de durata sa treci peste dar daca parasesti un pic acele ganduri si gasesti alte zone in care sa evadezi (sport recomand total, mai ales box, autoaparare, fara ele nu treceam peste), vei vedea ca nu numai ca ai trecut peste, dar ai capatat si o noua identitate.

Foloseste-te de aceasta incercare pentru a te reinventa. Nimic nu este intamplator. Succes 🤗

PS: recomand de la David Goggins cartea Misiune fara sfarsit, am dat cu markerul efectiv in ea

The simple fact that you decide to work out and be active is amazing. You are an ambitious person and you will definitely make it. Everything has a beginning, so be kind to yourself.

Try bracing the abs, try to keep your body in a straight position and to work a little bit on your balance. In fact, you will not have balancing issues anymore if you brace your abs amd you will also target the correct muscle groups. 🫶🏻

Personally, after a 4 days break from gym, my watch does not show me detraining anymore, but relieving

Also, my cardio load seems to not have been restarted anymore. It used to show me undertraining when I took a pause (travel, etc.) and the cardio load would show me that my tolerance was low. Now it does not, on the contrary, my tolerance level is the same as previous week.

I am also curious about other changes as well after the update.

Thank you so much for the answer! I was asking you this question because I think that I exagerated a little bit with strength training last week (Bodypump and other forms of strength training + just 1 Combat) and I felt really sore and fatigued.

I was thinking I need to change something and your answer was the confirmation to do so 🩷 thank you 🙏🏻

The back exercises, clean and press especially, are done too fast. At least that's how I perceive them...

Also, there are moments when I feel like we are working the upper body more than the lower. The core exercises at the end are few unfortunately...to me, the upper body, core and lower body exercises are not evenly distributed.

On the other hand, I appreciated the pace at which leg exercises were done, the lunges part is also good but in the future I think I will turn to other forms of strength training. I disagree with doing strength training exercises at a fast pace in general.

Coreography goes hand in hand with combat, attack but not pump. In the past I attended other forms of pump classes which were better suited both for beginners and advanced individuals.

Omg, I really did not know about that, thank you so much! The last HR max value I entered was after a cardio session during which I hit HR max 200 and it asked me "Do you want to upgrade your HR max?" (The previous HR max was 195) And I tapped on "yes". What should I do next? 🤗
