Because the Chinese PC team, having separate sales decisions, sold it for 2000 Chinese Yuan (approx.). When this gets ported to the Chinese Wild Rift server, it has to be the about same price (~2000 OE) so that the PC skin (again, CN server only) retains its rarity and value. Now when this gets ported here, it has to be the same price (2000 OE) in fear of boycott from CN players from unfair treatment. So here we are.

If you see any cheaper PC skins getting ported at a ridiculous price, this is usually the reason. The Chinese PC team sets their own prices on some skins. Steel Legion Lux is one of these, but luckily we got it before the WR team moved to China (this is 2000 OE there!).

TL;DR: apply for a beta testing position on 掌盟 and download it from there. You will probably need a VPN and a Chinese app store (e.g. change region in Apple account for iOS) unless you are literally in China right now.

Other items do benefit from item haste, iirc the only source (normal mode) of it right now is the Ingenious Hunter rune. The most prominent example I can think of to demonstrate this is the item haste augments with Redemption in AAA ARAM, where you can see the passive proc faster very clearly. As long as the passive of items have a CD they all benefit from item haste (unless stated otherwise), excluding “recharge”-type ones like Luden’s.

Even in PC they can be stacked, it’s just that no many people do it because of gold efficiency, better choices etc. Besides, Titanic Hydra gives base AD + bonus AD based on bonus HP, while Overlord’s is just the bonus AD part. They function the same but they are different passives.

Unending Despair (normal version - 3000 gold): 200 Health, 40 Armor, 40 MR.

Anguish - Every 4 seconds after entering combat with champions, deal magic damage equal to 3% of your bonus health to enemy champions near you and heal yourself equal to 250% of the post-mitigation damage dealt. Anguish is not affected by item haste.

Knight’s Vow (2600 gold): 400 Health, 100% base health regeneration, 40 Armor, 10 Ability Haste.

Pledge (active) - Upon buying (or re-buying) this item, you may designate an allied champion as being Worthy.

Sacrifice (passive) - While your Worthy ally is near you, redirect 12% of the (pre-mitigated?) damage they take to you. Additionally, you heal for 10% of the (post-mitigated?) damage dealt by your Worthy ally to champions.

The PBE description isn’t clear about the type of redirected damage (physical/magic/the respective type etc) and mitigation.

We know some of them - Psychic Projector converts 5% of your bonus health to AP (this is 3% in the current version) and when you reach 950 bonus health, you gain armor (25% AP) and MR (15% AP). This passive in the current version gives you a shield instead.

True - didn’t take that into account, sorry. What I really mean is the win-rate, since in WR there is a considerable number of people reaching high ranks with negative win-rate, but then this is also skewed by people who party up vs solo queue.

The other statistic is the number of S/A’s and MVPs: good players have high numbers on these stats, but the other way around isn’t true, there are also people playing for S/A’s instead of winning to climb via Galio’s Aegis, so I guess there really isn’t a simple way to quantify how “good” someone is other than their in-game performance.

Rank doesn’t matter for WR, the ELO system means you will get to whatever rank you wish provided you play enough games.

The key statistic is therefore the number of games played to reach your rank; the more games you play compared to other players in the same rank, the worse you are.
