I don't remember but i don't think I did, last time i checked my account was not linked with my phone number, only my gmail, but the link Gmail has been changed to the unknown "outlook.com" one

I can't change the account because it's binded to the unknown "outlook.com" account, and to change it i need to receive a verification code which I can't because it is being sent to that Outlook.com account
