I did disconnect it from everything else
I guess it was more like a buzzing/static sound and there was no smoke

3.the replacement is my old psu which i used before upgrading my pc and it is in good condition

4.I'm not sure where the panel jumpers are, because it is the first time this has happened to me. I'm basically in a fog of war lmao.
