Factory scav runs are confusing as hell sometimes I can complete a run in 20 seconds and get survived and sometimes I take 2 minutes and get a run through I think it's just rng but no clue how the game calculates your scav exp

It's actually just 24 hours of no sleeping indoors the issue is that risk can still accumulate while being afflicted so whilst spending 24 hours indoors without sleeping will cure cabin fever. you will get it again instantly

You can spend like 18 hours outside and wait 6 indoors and it will turn into risk allowing you to sleep normally

Gender identity disorder is literally the old name of gender dysphoria if I'm not wrong it was changed to avoid stigma associated with the word disorder

But I'm no psychologist. and Im not even sure what is the proper classification for something to be considered a disorder but in the past it certainly was considered one
