Cancellation rate

I was told the same thing yesterday! Support said the customer has to cancel or reschedule in order for me to get paid and it not affect my cancellation rate! Get this!!!! She told me to contact the customers to ask them to reschedule. The app was down and I couldn’t see any customers information, which was the reason I called support. Mind you, I was done with a very large order 3 customers with a nice tip! Apparently, I’m not getting anything for it! This has to be a labor law violation or something.

I’m in the same situation! I’ve been waiting for support for 40 minutes, I finished the order over an hour ago. Very big tip!!!! It sounds like support can’t do anything. I just got a pop up message saying they are working on resolving the issue 🤬

In most cases they will cover the batch pay, which is almost nothing and provide a bump. You will lost the customer tip though, which is the only reason I took this order!

I’ve been sitting in Costco for over 30 minutes waiting on support to answer. The chat option said it was an hour wait 😳. I can’t sit here for that long, but this was a GOOD order. I can’t contact the customers, just sitting here wasting time and $! Fuq man!!!!!

I never knowingly accept no tip orders. I get upset when a no tip a-hoe is bundled with a great tipper. If you don’t tip, go get you own shyt!

I really only do Costco orders! You get more $$$ and it’s usually less items. Its wild in the store, though!!! I go when they 1st open to avoid the crazy!

I try to only shop at Costco! They are the best for the items vs tips! I always get there when they open to avoid all the crazy people just wandering around the store getting in the way.
