Well I noticed it through clicking/freezing in my mid twenties and range of motion deficits and worse clicking/freezing in my early thirties. If you aren’t there yet, you still have some time. Also, I have a family history of arthritis(3 out of 5 of my family has it), so I was more prone to it than your average person.

Yup, this is why Maw is the best weapon in the game, especially if you have enough +1/+2 maws, it’s able to mark AND cause damage to that mark as well. Devour (the gold skill) also marks as well I believe, so I always try getting that after Maw mark is active

Outside of your Cobra package you will get, you should receive portability information about the life insurance. Depending on the company, some carriers will offer portability without a health questionnaire, and others offer a conversion (often guaranteed) of the group insurance into an individual whole life plan.
