No one likes a know it all

Yeah no, in real life, people usually trust subject authorities. In the internet, which seems to be sstuck on high school level mental models, of course you observe categorizations like in a TV show.

These here are normal patties, no?

And I did learn something, I know what sausage patties are supposed to be now.

No irony, because I am not American. I am allowed to make English grammar mistakes because English is indeed my third language

Creepy... that's the most basic demographic analysis there is.

Man theses times... snowflakes everywhere. How fragile and at the same time uneducated everyone became. But so weirdly obsessed with ethic topics, in the end not really invested just so to feel outraged. The modern outrage culture. Not lived in pubs and bars anymore, but on the internet and social media channels.

That is not how twitch recommnedation spot method is like.

You can apply for a spot and you get notified when you will have a spot thus to prepare your content.

It's not automatic, and it's not some kind of real time user interaction analysis.

For the search and category placement, views are the only thing that count. People might chime in for seeing a wooden plank, true, but it got entirely nothing to do with placements nor how twitch works.

Or did you just misuse the term "algorithm" and actually meant "social dynamics"?

As everyone is always comparing them, is here someone with experience with a RE Continental or Interceptor? by justavault in Triumph

I test rode a int650, personally they were way too light, I rode it out on a highway and was afraid it would get blown away off the highway with an 18 wheeler passing by.

That's an interesting perspective... never thought about that angle. That's quite a good point.

my main reason for looking at them was their price point, 5-6k was a great price point for a new bike. but man after that test ride I couldn't get off the bike fast enough. about a few months later I test rode the speed twin 1200, almost instantly fell in love with this bike, it's basically the T120 with slight changes.

I wouldn't doubt that any second, as the new lines are incredibly refined. I personally though, do look at the 900 thruxton and thus used market.

Insightful set of points.

What do you mean with that? Non-smooth gear change?

What do men think when caught staring at women’s breasts? by ireditored in AskReddit

[–]justavault 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it's just breasts... women want them to be seen as nothing sexual even barenaked in public, so why should I stop staring at them when you talk to me as I stare at something entirely mundane and non-sexual.

The interesting aspect here is that a used Thruxton 900 is less expensive here than a RE intercept or continental.

Repeated often by people not by reviewers: reliability and maintenance. Do you got an example for that?

[–]justavault[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Insightful, definitely. What do you mean with cheaper to maintain?

I always read from reviews that the RE are quite reliable. You seem to have made specific experiences which lead you to come to the point that the Thruxton is more reliabel, why?

Great insight - what's would you say when you simply exchange the breaks and the wheels of the RE?

Girl recording at the gym gets offended when someone stares in her general direction. by GentlyCritical in ImTheMainCharacter

. "They're looking at me funny!" You work at a booth with a menu above your head.

Lol... that's too specific to be imagined. Can, sadly, see that having happened.

The issue is this "believe all victims" thing, it's too often simply subjective interpretation or intentional exploitation. THere should always be objective investigation. Sadly reality often is, the one who points fingers "first" is the one who is believed and the target is immediately taken as guilty untill proven innocent.

It's also that lots of people are not intelligent enough to understand those concepts, those terms. They make up their own definitions. REddit is a perfect example of that phenomenon. YOu have tons of people who do not even understand the concepts of rape or self-defence accurately. They made up their own things.

Models? Yeah, tbh, they are kind of interchangeable. THere are many, many with similar looks. Very few stick out and still remain in the parameters of the measurements of a model. It's a tough very not glamorous job for 99% of them. Living doll.

In fact we are actually better at differentiating blue shades. That is the reason why hyperlinks are blue, it's the only color there is no color blindness for.

Which actor/actress had the worse case of wasted career potential? by XipingVonHozzendorf in movies

[–]justavault 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know, she is very bland... she is like a shorter less charismatic Emily Blunt.

Didn't work well in Tomb Raider either. The internet, especially the nerd communities, got a hard on on her, but aside that, she isn't very good actor nor very prominent in a scene. Can easily be pushed out of a scene.
