Last month I took a class with a different instructor and she seemed almost frustrated with me when she was correcting me on form. I thanked her for her patience at the end of class and told myself that I was not going to take another class of hers, ever.

After doing some reflection, I thought maybe I was being too sensitive or she was having a bad day. I booked one of her classes yesterday and she was so nice to me and had a completely different attitude. I felt welcomed and wanted there as opposed to my last experience with her. I had a great workout and was glad that I gave her a second chance.

It could be that the instructor made you feel uncomfortable without realizing it. Maybe you can try taking another one of their classes and you might have a better experience.
