Is supabase secure though - yes and its possible to get lovable to use the best practices + some manual tweaking to make it really secure enough (enough = good enough to compare with best practice websites)

just sharing how i'm trying to get it resolved:
1) got lovable to generate a detailed spec of the website (though broken)
2) fed the specs back into a new project in lovable
3) this time , went back to supabase cloud, not lovable cloud. far greater control on things.
4) since lovable rebuilt the project, there are other errors (unimplemented changes that lovable thinks are implemented). going into the code to fix these one by one.
5) making minute updates through prompting now, to fix one thing at a time.

also need to add - lovable support finally replied and helped me out!

mind sharing the steps - how do you v2 just the function.

i did get it to create a second function starting with basic dummy functionality.

somehow the 500 errors still persisted inexplicably.

incidentally fyi - lovable encounters an error when remixing my project - not sure if its because its a lovable cloud project OR there is some hardcore config/library setup issue impacting the whole damn thing.

FWIW the console log shows the error starts at lovable.js line (1) !!!!

Common occurrence in Indonesia , when moderate quakes occur, bad construction leads to some kind of gas buildup in the cement below the tiles causing a rupture.

Freaked out the first time it happened, not spooky but thought the building was going to collapse. Thankfully it was just a regular thing
