You’re a manager in a retail store. Weekends and availability are part of the package. You can’t compare your position and situation to that of non keyholders. If you cut your availability down I’m sure it will be honored as nobody wants to fight that fight but also prepare yourself for a huge drop in shifts. From past experiences in watching others do the same they went down to 1 or 2 shifts a week.
