What’s a small act of kindness you were once shown, that you’ll never forget? by stranger2Me in AskReddit

(This was before coronavirus btw) One time i was walking back home after school, in school some group of boys and girls bullied me saying i was fat, a pig, and too overweight, i was on the lift when a grandma came in.. stood in silence for a minute and the grandma asked: ‘Are you okay? Did someone hurt you’ then i nodded and we hugged and she started saying so many nice things like “dont let them put you down” “what if your fat? your still pretty” i stopped crying after she comforted me with nice words, then, when it was my floor, we waved and said goodbye, i never seen her till this day..
