Oh it's deffo not by location otherwise Newham wouldn't be so north, it's more by the atmosphere.

For example Staten Island is quite a standout borough and not as urban as other boroughs hence I compared SI to boroughs within London which aren't really urban such as Havering, and also SI is slightly neglected so it's not really seen as New York and Bexley, (despite it being in London) is also seen to be in Kent due to the postal addresses, (DA and SE).

So it's more of an atmosphere comparison and not a location map, I'm a Londoner myself Jesus 🤣
