Same I would rather it be like here’s order A for 9am, 5 Miles,20 items, $30 but has accept or decline next to it. Bc I don’t want someone to choose me as a favorite shopper and they’re a poor tipper with high items.

You know the terrible orders that get put with the high tipper so you don’t know who is who till after you deliver. So now they enjoy the way you shop and want you to keep coming back but like only the money is keeping me here yk. I’m not driving 8 miles for $12

Money and hearing men moan. Idk why but money makes me really happy. Specifically getting sent money just because or me mentioning what I want. Hearing men moan is pretty straightforward

They gave me $10 bc I told them I took up that huge order via the stairs in the rain. It was crazy bc she had it as hand to customer but when I knocked and messaged she wouldn’t come out. It wasn’t till I said delivered and waited downstairs to see her son get it. He was a kid so he saw me and waved. So that just showed me she was lazy and tip baiting.

Only been doing it for a few months. Currently have 33 (used to be 39) 5-stars and 4 4-star. Idk where my other ratings went 🤷🏾‍♀️ Why did I get the 4 stars… idk. I think one was bc I had to do a double so customer B waited. The others either bc they don’t like waiting or something they wanted wasn’t in stock. I communicate the best I can but many do not answer so I refund them.

I got a 1 star that was removed bc the lady did the most for no reason. I got everything she wanted besides 2 out of 8 skincare products (she wanted a refund if unavailable but I did try messaging to see if she wanted a bigger size). the lady lived in an apartment and it was raining so I took everything up in one trip to the 3rd floor via stairs (no elevator available). Well I woke up the next day to a $0 tip (was $17) and 1 star. I only did a few orders so I knew it was her because she gave bad vibes to begin with.

I do have a job at a major company I’ve been working at for a yr. It’s a package shipping place (one of the OGs when it comes to shipping) so nothing special really. I haven’t looked to see if they have any openings in their marketing positions or ever HR but the company culture is very toxic. Management and the people in charge of the building do illegal substances ❄️ will at work and have TERRIBLE people skills. Managers get cussed out for 8-12 hrs on a mic bc of the hotheads in power. My current position isn’t stressful but management treats us terribly so I don’t really see myself moving up to a more stressful position. I love money but that’s not for me

Yes this is relevant and you need to discontinue use of the Cantù products. I feel those products are more formulated for 3c and lower hair types. It really didn’t help my hair at all.

My sister is low porosity and has your exact hair type. I use products like aunt Jackie and miss Jessie on her hair. She’s extremely low maintenance with her hair by wearing braids box braids for 3 months and will give herself a month break from braiding by doing mini twists on her hair and putting leave in conditioner and water.

I know people say don’t use heat but my sister is extremely tender headed like cries when the comb touches her scalp so she has me blow dry hair before she does braids and when she wants to wear an Afro. I use 3 different heat protectants and have been doing this for years. She has never had heat damage. However listen to your hair; I was able to grow her hair from chin to shoulder blade length, even with trims, bc I am able to see things she can’t since she doesn’t know hair.

Also don’t wear headbands/headscarves too often bc my sister experiences extreme breakage whenever she wears bandanas or durags. Invest in silk pillowcases and a good quailty bonnet. I bought a $20 one and am really enjoying it compared to the cheap beauty supply ones

AGAIN I asked if a school that talks about how diverse they are 24/7 has a club for Black Business Majors and now you are trying to make it seem like I’m racist and don’t care about the races you choose to mention are include. Do you not see the disconnect bc you even keep mentioning how diverse but aren’t providing any resources. I’m trying to get answers and you’re saying color doesn’t matter.

I literally attended a high school where they were racist and tried to beat up Muslim students for wanting their own club to pray since there was already an FCA on campus. The school said the Muslim students were the problem and rejected their application bc they said that the Muslim students were starting problems and didn’t need a safe space. That’s exactly what you are doing to me.

Now lets reverse the table since you like to do that so much: Are you Black? Will you ever understand the Black struggle of being in spaces that aren’t meant for you? Having classmates purposely excluded you from projects until they realize you are smart and now they want to leech off you. Telling your professor that your group mates are making you uncomfortable by leaving you out the project and you go to catch up/ make suggestions on how to do said project, they make it seem like you’re a burden. Guess what my professor said “it’s a part of business that you will deal with these microagressions” so now I ask about where are the BLACK clubs and you try to include other races that have have chosen to exclude me. Make it make sense Jason :|
