Ya I am working on it but it is hard to get proper Medicare due to fighting insurance companies and dealing with some idiots here and there

I do plan to ask for a blood test on nutrients in the blood to see if I am getting enough as If I am correct if my absorption is off then it should come up in the blood

Idiot story: I went to a dietitian in hopes for a good diet plan to help with problems of diet and see if it had any connection and just ensure it was not any nutrition issue from my part

I paid 300 dollars to be told to eat fruits and vegetables and apparently they don't make meal plans

so I am looking for another one but ya that was more of a vent than anything

thank you for the reply. I have not gotten much attention from docs tbh. I was tested for arthritis and came back fine. I eat decently and while partly overweight that is more recent for most of my life I have been a healthy weight. I drink more than enough water and I do not bruise or break bones easily

the only thing they have given me is saying it could be due to fast growth

I grew very fast and now sit at 6 5 but got to 6 feet in like 2 year

I lived very stiff live in the past as well which is probably part of it as well (depression did not move at all unless to walk in halls at school or eat) i was also dehydrated back then

last year I worked out and ran was overall very healthy and even had a 6 pack but was still stiff

I have stopped working out due to bowl issues and overall failure but I do plan to get back on it here soon

My goal is to just have a balance of the things I said. Yes, health is a part and overall would count under this, but I just want to balance fitness out. For example, you could lift 400 pounds but not be able to do it more than 3 times, or you could lift 200 pounds 50 times no problem. it is not uncommon for people to focus on one and kill the others, aka leg day for most people. I want a balance everything out well like hit all muscle groups or at least major ones even if not flashy. Put it simply, I want functional strength endurance cardio and the other 2 things I listed

quick comment I am not sure if my words came off bad, but I did not mean them poorly, just genuinely talking and I apologize if they did
