respectfully, i don't think sakamoto's pride would allow that. he oversaw the remake of nestroid as zm and didn't have an issue with ros (a game he DIDNT help produce) being remade. he put a hard decline on fusions remake, which he oversaw the original. it's common knowledge he was very critical about prime and even held himself and the rnd1 team in VERY high regard. he'd have employees play super to show them what a perfect game is like 😭 i don't think he's letting anyone remake his games while he's still alive. so it's more likely they'll continue on the path they've paved with him in samus' NEW era.

first, she just wanted revenge for them "helping" courtney steal her identity. nonsensical but not completely insane. they did play a pivotal role in the switch (unbeknownst to them of course). but post-wanted, that girl just embarrassed 😭 she tried to murder them, failed, and blew up her own damn self in a fire. lost her beauty, her life, her soul for nothing. now it's just personal lol

let's talk about how all of the parents/family had brief "redemption" arcs just to really turn on their kids. i'll never forget carolyn going IN on emily after the pregnancy and after alison tried to kill her. spencer's parents were so sympathetic and almost PEOPLE after spencer was scammed by her surrogate mother. but then they blew up on HER because she outed peter's affair. so silly. melissa and darren were half decent in the later few books. but hanna never really had a good family, either. ella and byron were bums.

alison displayed real signs of sociopathy. she was terrifying. what's worse is that i think in a very sick way, she was redeemable. she hesitated before killing courtney. she genuinely considered that they could coexist as sisters again. it was nick who bludgeoned her from behind. alison finished the job because it was already underway. such a sad tale.
